Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges are only permitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Refunds/exchanges will not be permitted on items returned after 30 days.

• Return shipping will be at the customer's expense. Wide Body Bench will inspect all items, once received, prior to issuing a refund.

• A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns. 

• Washed or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used Wide Body Bench apparel.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Wide Body Bench is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. In the event a package is lost or damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for filing all claims with the mail carrier. Wide Body Bench is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the mail carrier.

Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order items are made specifically for each customer at the time of purchase. Because every pre-order is built to order, production begins immediately after the transaction is completed.

 

Estimated Lead Time

 

Pre-orders require an estimated 12–16 weeks for production and delivery. This timeframe reflects custom manufacturing, quality control, freight scheduling, and final delivery to your location.

Please note: this is an estimated window, not a guaranteed delivery date.

 

Made-to-Order Manufacturing

 

All pre-order units are custom-built directly for the customer. This ensures you receive a fresh, newly manufactured product — not inventory sitting on a shelf.

Because each pre-order is made to order and built specifically for the individual customer:

All pre-order sales are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations or changes cannot be made once the order is placed.

 

Shipping Updates

 

Customers will receive updates as production milestones are reached and again once the unit ships. We are committed to keeping you informed throughout the entire process.
