What makes the Wide Body Bench 2.0 different?
It's a first-of-its-kind modular system: the compact footprint of a traditional bench with the capabilities of a full commercial plate-loaded line.
Patented lateral side pads adjust every 15 degrees with a simple pull-pin, and slide off in seconds so you can attach the Chest Press, Chest Fly, or Bicep Attachment.
Which attachments work with the bench?
The Chest Press, Chest Fly, and Bicep Attachment. Each one locks in with a slip-on, slip-off mechanism and adjusts every 15 degrees.
All three are designed exclusively for the Wide Body Bench 2.0 and Rack Attach.
How much weight can the bench and attachments hold?
Bench capacity: 1,000+ lbs
Side pads: 250 lbs each
Attachments: 150 lbs per side (300 lbs total)
Alternate weight loading during use to distribute the load equally.
How is the bench built?
The 2.0 is built from 2 × 4 inch 11-gauge steel with a dual-steel support system and our cable-lever adjustment mechanism, which moves every 10 degrees. It weighs 180 lbs and uses durable nylon-based foam padding.
What is the Rack Attach?
A 22 lb, 11-gauge steel attachment that turns your power rack into a commercial-grade plate-loaded machine. Pull your Wide Body Bench up to your rack, attach your Chest Press, Chest Fly, or Bicep Attachment, and train.
It mounts with a quick-adjust trolley system or a C-cup mount and offers nine positions at 15-degree intervals, from decline to incline.
I don't have a power rack. Can I still use the Rack Attach?
Yes, with the Rack Attach Platform. It's a freestanding two-post station with 3 × 3 inch steel uprights that gives your Rack Attach and attachments their own dedicated training area, plus three storage positions.
Dimensions: 78.2" L × 52.8" W × 66.6" H. Weight: 230 lbs. Rack Attach and attachments are sold separately.
What heights does the Adjustable-Height Flat Bench offer?
Three: 15", 17", and 19". Pick the height that gives you the best foot placement and leg drive for your build.
How much do the attachments weigh?
Chest Press: 50 lbs
Chest Fly: about 40 lbs
Bicep Attachment: under 30 lbs
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items, including the Chest Press, Rack Attach Platform, and Adjustable-Height Flat Bench, have an estimated December delivery. Pre-ordering also saves you money on those items.
Delivery dates are estimates, as there is always potential for manufacturing and logistical delays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free within the lower 48 states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are charged our international shipping fee. We also ship internationally, with an added shipping fee.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense and a 10% restocking fee applies. To start a return, email us first at widebodybench@gmail.com.
What is the warranty?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all bench parts and pads (normal wear and tear). Contact us at widebodybench@gmail.com if any issues arise.
